Our premises
We have a considerable size building here in Hetton-le-hole, which is situated on the B1285 within easy reach of the A19 (2 mls) and the A1m (4 mls).
We offer a range of high quality, cost effective wet spray and powder finishes, for many products from small piece parts to large fabrications. We also strive to maintain reliable turnaround times without sacrificing the quality, paying particular attention to quality control measures.

Wet spray painting is carried out in three of our thermostatically controlled heated booths which as soon as the spray painting process is complete, the bay is switched on to the baking cycle, and the parts/fabrications are cured at the required temperature. The benefits of baking/force drying wet paint is enormous, because once cooled the parts/fabrications can be packed ready for pick up within a couple of hours.

Powder coating takes place in our offline powder booth then the piece parts are transferred into our high bake ovens and cured between 160-200c depending on the paint specification.

The main stay in our facility is an ‘online iron phosphate pre-treatment plant’ which enables us to pre treat in vast quantities medium sized fabrications/casting/sheet metal etc., prior to either wet, or powder paint, making us more competitive in the commercial market.
